I renewed my subscription for one year on Friday 12 July. Since then it has been on and off. When I complain it is put back on for a while and then it goes off till I raise another comlaint. Each time I complain they tell me it will be OK now and it is OK for a few hours and then they cut me off. What is going on. This has become a lousy service. Prior to renewing my subscription I had no problem at all.

I paid to my Account Ksh. 1,760 to their Diani Office on 24th of September 2014. I called Nairobi Office after receiving an SMS warning me of disconnection. I was told the amount, which is rejected is for August not for September.My DSTV has now been disconnected and the Lady in Diani is cheating on me by the name of patience that the Computer system is down and cannot connect me back. I think all those are lies because all connections and disconnections are done in Nairobi. It seems they did not remit my money, but used it. I am the holder of the account number 52767314. I have been paying my monthly charges through MPESA to Okech Collins Omondi, Mobile number, 0721400006. For example the payments for this month I paid on 3rd of November 2014, KSh 900. I do not know what is happening, because you have sent an SMS requiring a payment of KSh. 855 for the same month I paid. Another request is of a statement on my account dating from March 2014.
