My datawind ubislate c was purchased in may. Only after few days of receiving the product, It stopped charging and even if i dont use it, It was getting discharged. After a long effort i could contact the customer care to know about the service centre in kolkata, I. E. , Phoenix international, And on th august with job card no. Lkascwbj. Even after almost months over, I am not getting my product from the service centre. They are telling that, They have sent it to the head office. How long datawind will hold the product the whole warranty period i am really repenting on my decision of purchasing the tablet from datawind.

In this regard i would like to inform you that in my Aakash tablet, it has no camera and video facility. So I request you please replace my tablet and arrange new tablet with camera and video facility.

With deep regret i say that i purches your datawind ubislate 7 c + on 3 july 2013. Which IMEI no is -911303700890201. this device is many technical fault which mention below.

1. Continuous murmuring sound from speaker.

2. Shutdown when unlock screen.
3. No any headset support for calling.
4. Low battery backup. Only 1.30 to 2 hour
5. Taking long time to search network and also taking long time to connect internet. 5 to 10 min.
6. Low speaker sound.

7. 3 G not support this device (wrong feature by sales executive).

8. no solar charger (wrong feature by sales executive)

9.take 40 to 50 min. to search mobile network.

10. Not support android apps.

11. Poor customer care service because they not receive call if they receive they cut call.

12. no toll free no. for customers.



Because of all problem and your non helping customer support i am very unsatisfied . do need ful for refund.

Even I send my request for cancellation of order repeatedly many times. Till date nor i got my ubislate or nor refund. I tried to contact in your customer care many times, but no one attend the call there. I got 2 or 3 calls form datawind regarding confirmation of my address and assure me that they will dispatch the order with in week and i will get it with in 7 days, but nothing is done from your end.At last consider this mail as a cancellation of my booking and Refund my booking amount of Rs.5999 against booking order: PM4647F7FE3C as soon as possible, otherwise I will file suit against to DATAWIND in Consumer Court in your own cost and risk.

Ubistale 7C+ edge - hanged - not responding.

Hi,

I purchased Ubistale 7C+ edge 2 week back through the order ID "PMB393A4246B".

It is hanged not responding at all, seems touch screen is not responding. When I start it - first screen appears. To unlock, if I touch on unlock pull/drag is not responding. Also when I give shutdown - message appears - "would you like to shut down? any option I tap (Cancel/OK) is not responding.

I did once reset, still not working. Please help to resolve this issue.

I had purchased Ubislate 7CZ in last month.

I had not checked thoroughly as i travel frequently outstation.

Recently i tried to connect it to Wi-Fi with my MTNL wireless Modem/Router.
But Tablet did not detect internet even though WiFi is "ON" shown in settings.

Tried to scan for Network, but could not.

Please guide me if any settings to be done, on phone or send mail for procedure of connecting wireless router/ modem.

Sir I got ubislate 7c+ edge tablet on 13-08-13 and I used it for 1 hour.
Then on 14-08-13, when I started tablet bettery was low.
So I Kept Tablet on charging for 10.00 am to 7.00 pm night, and when I removed charger, it switched off and now when i plug charger into it, it shows red bettery image and does not charge at all nor it Switch on.
What to do ?
It was defective peice which has been give to me.

Respectfully I beg to say that Order No.PMD930AD8BFB/Way bill no. 59132755356 which has been delivered from Amritsar to Khurja,but aforesaid order did not reach at Khurja .
We also checked that the such courier reached only at BulundShahar &neither they contact us at the given mobile number nor they delivered the aforesaid order.
Kindly take a necessary action against such agency situated at Bulundshahar.And also delivered such shipement given address at Khurja

Read all the below comments but no one is saying any positive things about the product. All are facing problems. I also got calls 4 days back from Mr. Ashish-01832708400, to buy the product 7C+edge. I was told that there is SIM facility. I will pay in Cash On Delivery. I got interested and send them my address for delivery. Got mail from Datawaing - order ID is "PM7B6F2". But after reading here, i understand that this product has hell lot of problems and I will loose my money, if I buy. So thanks Guys, I have given mail for cancelling the delivery of the products.

I have purchased UBISLATE 7C+ TABLET through online (Invoice No.AMBD05040470, Dated 4 May .2013) I have received tab within next 4 days. I was happy when I received tab. Battery, network, calling and gprs was fine.

But since 3 months I am facing issue. Tab could not start, it just shows data wind logo and then nothing. I have tried to get repair from so many repair centers from Pune (Maharashtra). But no luck.

Can you help me in this to get my tab repair?

Sim Card Not Detected, No Network Signal Found.(Restarted after sim card inserted, tried DOCOMO & AIRTEL) SO, I cant Check microphone also, is it working or not ?
Soud Quality is too bad. Speakers has very very low volume. Cant Listen Sound

I have received the Aakash Tablet Ubislate 7C+ on dated 24/07/2013. I observed, its vary slow in operation. I cont do any internet browsing. I used 2G Airtal and 3G Vodafone GPRS network but still it could not work. I tried to call at customer care toll free number but could not get through. Let me know who can I solve the same.

Also let me know the process of refund in case the same will not resolved. Your quack response is highly appreciated.

Installed one game subway surfers and started to playing. I am wondering that the battery charge became down from 98% to 3% with in 14 mins span of time

I had purchased a UBISlate7C+ online on 8 Mar 2013, against Invoice No. AMBD03080084 dt. 08 Mar 2013, IMEI of Tablet 911249550197975. After receiving back the product after repairs for charging problem it was working alright until 26 Jul, when after recharging the tablet could not be put on again. On pressing the power switch the the screen Datawind came on and started going on and off continuously without booting. The tablet could not be powered off also.
