In a buy back offer I received an upgraded Tablet from, Datawind and I returned older piece/item (Tablet) to courier guy and paid difference amount 2500 as required in the offer to courier guy. Courier guy has misplaced or taken this item, which is supposed to be returned to company. Now Datawind company is bothering me from a long time to return older tablet, which i had already given. 1. Continuous murmuring sound from speaker.
2. Shutdown when unlock screen.
3. No any headset support for calling.
4. Low battery backup. Only 1.30 to two hour
5. Taking long time to search network and also taking long time to connect internet. five to ten min.
6. Low speaker sound.
7. three G not support this device (wrong feature by sales executive).
8. no solar charger (wrong feature by sales executive)
9.take 40 to 50 min. to search mobile network.
10. Not support android apps.
11. Poor customer care service because they not receive call if they receive they cut call.
12. no toll free number for customers.

Ubistale 7C+ edge - hanged - not responding.
I purchased Ubistale 7C+ edge two week back through the order ID "PMB393A4246B".
It is hanged not responding at all, seems touch screen is not responding. When I start it - first screen appears. To unlock, if I touch on unlock pull/drag is not responding. Also when I give shutdown - message appears - "would you like to shut down? any option I tap (Cancel/OK) is not responding.
