In a buy back offer I received an upgraded Tablet from, Datawind and I returned older piece/item (Tablet) to courier guy and paid difference amount 2500 as required in the offer to courier guy. Courier guy has misplaced or taken this item, which is supposed to be returned to company. Now Datawind company is bothering me from a long time to return older tablet, which i had already given. They have sent me a notice as well. I am not supposed to pay for Datawinds mistake in courier service. Datawind should have a tracking system of courier and device, by which they can easily catch the wrong person (courier guy) who did this mistake. I request you to please look into this matter.
