Dear Sir/Madam, We have ordered four units of Daikin Ac model FTKD71 One of the units started giving problem which was reported and attended by Ambigai service engineer on 10/02/2015. The service engineer promised to get the spares and repair in a weeks time, but nothing has happened after two months and the cards in the indoor and outdoor units are taken to their office. Each time we call Ambigai the response is same that in a weeks time they will service it. We are very unhappy with the service of Daikin Ac and may be forced to blacklist Daikin Ac and Ambigai air conditioners for future purchases at TIFR. On what basis can we take AMC for these units with Ambigai once the warranty is over? I request the concerned to look into this matter and do the needful. We also request to suggest a proper dealer who can service Daikin Ac's at Madurai. A reply by mail on the action taken will be appreciated. With regards, K. C. Ravindran.

We are facing problems with our Daikin VRV system since 18th October, 2013. The technicians sent by Daikin and its authorized dealer arctic hvac engineering are unable to provide any solution till date.
