I just want to know whether the problem is since You keep on disconnecting me and I have played my part by paying what is due to me. I also paid for May subscription via Mpesa of the same amount reference number JE51CHS9HN on 5th May, 2015 at 11. 41 a. M. Instead you deducted it for April Subscription. I did my part by paying you what is due so do your part and up-date my account. Or could please give us the phone to your finance office so that we can speak to them direct. I am really frustrated by the customer care every time I use my credit by calling and I have not been assisted they always say that the matter is being handled by the finance office.

I paid to my Account Ksh. 1,760 to their Diani Office on 24th of September 2014. I called Nairobi Office after receiving an SMS warning me of disconnection. I was told the amount, which is rejected is for August not for September.My DSTV has now been disconnected and the Lady in Diani is cheating on me by the name of patience that the Computer system is down and cannot connect me back. I think all those are lies because all connections and disconnections are done in Nairobi. It seems they did not remit my money, but used it. Can you kindly investigate because as far as I am concerned that is theft by servant and action should be taken against such staff who are tarnishing the name of your company.

I bought my decoder in October 2012 and subscribed the smallest bouquet for the full year and given an extra month free i.e. 13months, but did not activate until 11th December 2012 I was told that the subscription will be effective after activation.
