Respected Sir, I have BB connection, I am using this past two months, I have facing a lot of problem. With in the two months i have complaint six times for BB connection not working. Most of the time the DSL is not functioning. Trough by phone i say my complaint, the BSNL staff said you contact another no, after that i contact that no, you go and contact this no, after a line man came and check, line man told that this is not my problem, you go and contact main exchange, i call back to main exchange no one response. What can i do, past three days i am facing this type of problems, Poor response, So, I will surrender my BB connection.
