Dear Sir, I have never opted for any Bhavisyavani service from BSNL and in fact I have made three times UNSUBSCRIBE and after all those long procedures, I got message that I am unsubscribed, but again the very next morning they have subscribed me again without me using the mobile even for any purpose during the interim period. Please unsubscribe my Bhavishyavani service immediately. Every seven days deducting 20 rupees from my balance BSNL should be ashamed of.
