I would like to know two things,
1. How to check my BB usage?
2. How to know which plan i am using in Broad band?
My BSNL broad band connection is failing from last month.i have taken my mode to BSNL office kunnamkulam kept two full day, they found there is no problem in modem. line man came to my home solved the problem once. after a week iam facing the same problem. iam not getting connection properly. please find a solution.

Dear sirmadamwe have been using broadband net connection since long on telephone number Since month, We have been connected with ftth and hence we do not need the broadband connection. Therefore, We have given application to BSNL office, P. O. Road, Thrissur and our applications sl number Is. Now, We would like to know that, Is the connection is disconnected any amount is to be refunded to us in connection therewith. I have contacted your BSNL broadband care no, Today at. Pm and your staff, A madam, Who has attended the phone said, It is not her duty to tell all these things, Then i asked whom to ask this. She said she is not aware. When i called again and again nobody has picked up the phone. Really disappointing and i am wasting my time to email you the story.
My telephone npo.2426621 went silent from 31-10-2013, Thursday on wards.On lodging the complaint a technician visited my premises on 01-11-2013, Friday evening and informed that cable fault is suspected and next day being a holiday due to Deepavali, it is difficult to get it repaired, but even today 05-11-2013, Tuesday, the telephone is remaining silent. The Broadband connection under combo plan is also getting disconnected frequently. Kindly do the needful to restore the services.

My broadband internet is not working for the last one month. This was installed on 30-4-2014. Ever since its installation it has always been interrupted. This is for your kind consideration that my land line number is 04802788437 showing complaint from last two months. I reported this complaint to Kombodinjamakal Telephone Exchange so many times, but their response was not satisfactory. Technician came one time and he said that the complaint was with the cable, but the fault is same as before. Also i am using the BSNL broadband service in my home, internet is not connecting and sometimes if it connects it disconnects very often. Kindly take immediate action to solve this problem as early as possible. Because from last two months, I cannot use the service that offered by BSNL.
My address is changed. My home, route, street, village and or Panchayat are same. They are same, but for the convenience of postal authorities, they changed their mail distribution area. i.e. My post office and pin code is changed. I wanted this to be reflected in my telephone bills because BSNL bill is a document to prove the address. How can I do this or to whom should i approach?
I maintain a land line because it has its own validity to prove one's identity. I could not find any relevant Email of Accounts Officer(TR) Trichur. I found another ID. I was told that he is no more with BSNL. PLEASE TREAT THIS AS URGENT.
