Always we get an answer that the complaint will be resolved soon and not allow to write complaint Because the complaint was not resolved my neighbor stopped remitting the telephone charges. four months back BSNL terminated service to their phone. To reinstate connection they remitted Rs. 1013 for a phone which doesn't provide any service. After remitting the amount now it is one week. Still the complaint was not resolved. Today they went to BSNL office and BSNL authorities said that it will take sometime. When questioned they told to cut connection. If this is the service how can the customers continue using this service. See, for the dead phone they remitted amount and still not getting service please take action immediately for the sake of customers.
