From the month of July 2013 received a SMS on my mobile phone 9420398327 which read as under: "Thanks for continuing CHALISA pack. You have been charged Rs.20/= month.. This message was received from BZ-12555030. I am shocked to receive SMS as I have not subscribed for any services. Since from three months I am trying to deactivate this, but not get support from customer care. and even from website not find solution of this problem. When this message come deducted rupees ten for two times every month from July 2013 to till today 30/09/2012 and not getting any benefit from this service.
BSNL Network work very poorly in my area. when we have called always give message network busy. If you have not given good service so please close your company. and people free to use other network. BSNL

My landline no 0251-2694983 is not working almost since 4th July. Repeatedly I go to BSNL office, but still the status remains same. I also gave complaint through dialing 198 twice. My BSNL bill is paid through ECS so BSNL gets the money from my end just for not providing the service. Is it a fair deal as far as National Service Provider is concerned?
I topped up my pre-paid mobile number 9403640750 on 9th September by rupees 221/ through easy recharge. The money got deducted from my State Bank of India account, but the topping up was not done. Again I topped up the same number by again rupees 221/- today i.e. 22/9/2013. I received the mail on Gmail ID account. Money got deducted, but the mobile is not topped up / recharged. Now like this I have paid BSNL rupees 442/- for recharging / topping up same number without getting the recharge. If there is any problem with the service why I am not intimated on my e-mail. Instead I am informed that the recharging is done successfuly whereas practically it is not done.
Through your system you surely ascertain my complaint. Please do the needful so that I get the service.
