I had applied for new broadband connection at Danapur against my name Rakesh Tiwari. I was alloted a number 225599 after paying rupees 1175 against a demand note on 4th December 2014 and told that connection will be put by 6th of December 2014. But, when I enquired on 6 December 2014 evening i was assured that it will be put on 8th of December 2014. No one turned out on 8th of December too. So, I have decided not to a connection from such a company. When I sent an application for refund of amount Rs 1175 which paid on 4th of December 2014 against the Demand note, it was not accepted at your R block office at Patna.
