Dear sir i have been you ing BSNL for many years, but i have not faced such prproblems. Its been twice when i have face the problem where different packs has been subscribed to my BSNL air condition without any intimation and charges has been deducted. First it was sports pack which i somehow managed to get deactivated after plaining twice and this time its the joke pack which i am still not being able to deactivate yet. Even though it gets deactivated afterwards after launching this plaint, but what about the charge which has already been deducted. And what if the same gets repeated in future. Sir look into the matter and do the needful. I along with my entire family are you ing BSNL for many years, I really very you set. Kindly look into the matter with serious concern and settle my problem as early as possible.

It is most ridiculous on the part of BSNL to send repeated SMS's to its post paid mobile subscriber regarding payment of current uses bill.
More hurting/disturbing to know is that the SMS are sent to its subscriber towards midnight when a person is sleeping peacefully.
It is also a matter of regret that before sending the current uses bill to its subscriber the system at BSNL should have been updated an the outstanding be reflected.
More painful to mention here that even after paying the bill with excess amount as advance an acknowledgement received through SMS, BSNL kept on sending me SMS regarding current uses outstanding.It was only after my intervention having spoken to one of customer care (who could not give me satisfactory reply an kept holding on by playing intercom music an finally disconnecting it after ten minutes)
Will the Authorities please look in the matter an get it rectified an do not send 'HARSH' SMS to its post paid subscriber.
