I am a subscriber of BSNL landline and mobile. My mobile number is 9448296724. I took a 3G connection (Data 155) on Saturday, seven November 2015 with 20-day validity and 1GB data volume. I have not been watching videos or downloading films through this connection. My entire data volume got exhausted within two days to my surprise. I am charged heavily from my prepaid account. Earlier, with the same plan voucher (Data_155), I used to have at least 500-600MB unused after the validity period. The signal is very weak and most of the time I do not get proper internet connection. The battery drains very quickly when I use the internet. Please rectify.
