My BSNL land line number is 0761-2660432. The line is disturbed and not even in the level of clear talk. I have filed number of complaints, but every time I get a response immediately on my mobile that "complaint is registered and will be rectified shortly.", but to my surprise exactly after three or four days of this message I get another message on my mobile that your complaint has been rectified. This message come with out even attending my problems. Alas my problems remain unrectified for the last six months.

The response was same usual excuse. I requested them that I was unable to use WiFi service from my broadband ADSL modem on my smart phone (Andorid), Customer care told me that net speed will improve from tomorrow. I pay in full in advance yet companies like BSNL act as if they were obliging us. Why. ??? I have not paid in installments. Then why should you not provide me full speed all the time. On one hand BSNL staff holds gatherings to request GoI to fund them to meet its loses and on other hand they not are keen to provide authentic service. So the future is very obvious.
Dear Sir, I would like to inform that today I received two SMS through BZ BSNL Care on my mobile 9425356985 that my Broadband usage has reached 80% of total free usage and subsequent after two minutes. Similar SMS has received on 29th Oct'14 evening that my Broadband usage has reached 100% of total free usage. I do not understand that when I have kept my BSNL telephone in safe custody, on 25th instant, how such messages are coming up. Please verify the actuality of the case. Thank you, .
