Some times Internet gets working on 02602370725, but it disconnected many times in a day. We have made many complaints in our area's BSNL Killa Pardi office, but no one takes care of our Complaints. Now we are very disappointed, because of the BSNL service. We are trying to contact to Mr. Gulalbhai, who is main officer, but he never gets in office. Many complaints registered. After attending complaints phone connection becomes out of order within a week.
Thus I can not utilize advance payment scheme.

It seems that BSNL doesn't care about its customer as customer service for given numbers is all stopped from last 15 days. Customers are keep on complaining, but whom to contact in case of any question. I have been called 500 times in last 15 days, but still damn CS lines are not working. I have already been sent an email to PG officer, but still haven't got any response for the same. I think I would end up using BSNL services and never opt for it nor recommend to anyone. I am really frustated with BSNL connection. How the contries biggest telecom giant can be this careless about its CS.
