I recharged my prepaid mobile no. 9426465128 online on 22/10/2013 of Rs. 300.00 but the amount is not added to my mobile number and the amount has been debited to my credit card as "BSNL Payments". Kindly credit my amount to my mobile number and acknowledge for the same. My Credit Card number ending with 9162 has been debited.

My land line connection No. is 02642 230350 at Bharuch, Gujarat
Since last 6 months most of the time it remains dead/having problem of hearing.
Many complaints registered. After attending complaints phone connection becomes out of order within a week.
Thus I can not utilize advance payment scheme.
I am planning to take broadband connection but if the conditions remains same, I will review to discontinue connection.

but not getting 3g access even in Ahmedabad mega city
there is no seep of 3g or symbol of 3g connectivity in my mobile Spice Mi350n (3g supported)

My Mobile No.9427642226. I have recharged with STV_896 through online ICICI Netbanking. Transaction No.66669453431. There was no clear description on the portal. After recharging, I came to know that the package is for Local BSNL to BSNL for 90 days. Since my usage is of STD nature, this package is not useful to me. Is there any possibility to reverse the amount to normal TOPUP?

Hi, My bsnl land line number is 0261-2270665.loketed at surat dindoli area.this is school's number. school run upto 12 class. phone is dead from month of june-2012.this period is 1 and 1/2 year. we complaint many time to regional office udhna , surat.then complaint to s.d., D.g.m.and G.M. of market office,surat.they all told every time clear within 1 week. but till today my phone is dead. we face lots of problem from d.e.o. office, parents and other offices too for our dead phone. so take care about it.my mo.no.is 9824540836

I have made recharge of rs 400 with slots of 200-200 using bsnl portal online..but after submitting netbanking detials i got message screen with error description..400 got debited from my account and i ddnt get the recharge...this happend same on next day too when i tried for 100 rs.
Please do the needfull..as i lost 500 rs and ddnt get balance neither got money back...

Do needful in the matter as earliest,otherwise I will not pay the bill amount of dead period.

Recharged with 574/- 5 days before for unlimited std calls but now it says unsufficient funds.
kindly revert back my amount or give the unlimited plan for 30 days. I hardly managed to get rs 574 for recharge.

My landline phone no.02765225182 having a broad band internet connection.My above services are out of order since last 15 days.For that I have complain to my Visnagar Telecom office by telephonic massage before 12 days ago and secondly I comlpain two days before.But till today there is NIL progreee.
Please do needful as early as possible.
Further it is to inform that due to not receving reparing services from your Deptt.my self shell not pay the amount of last 12 days.

Many time tried, but every time access denied & given massg. your subscription have not matched or. etc. I am asking access in gujarat at Adipur (Kutch) along with roaming facility. It seems that BSNL doesn't care about its customer as customer service for given numbers is all stopped from last 15 days. Customers are keep on complaining but whom to contact in case of any question. I have been called 500 times in last 15 days but still damn CS lines are not working. I have already been sent an email to PG officer but still haven't got any response for the same. I think I would end up using BSNL services and never opt for it nor recommend to anyone. I am really frustated with BSNL connection. How the contries biggest telecom giant can be this careless about its CS.

My request is to correct new address as per given details at the time of shifting.
