I am satyam from gajapati. I bought a BSNL cellone topup card ( s. No 76360087077853) on 30-08-2014, i tried to recharge the card, but i got a error message that was network is busy please try later. After some time i again tried this time i got a message your voucher is pending. I made call to customer care and they informed me that BSNL server was down please try it after 11 pm. Once again i tried, but no use i got the same message. Then on next day i again contact with customer care they told me that they reset the card please try after one hour. After one hour. I tried this time i got error message this voucher is pending. I again and again contact.
