Sir, My phone line 0674-2382015 is dead since 31st March 2015. The Broadband service with this phone is also not available. Lodged complain on 31/03/2015, complain number 13008486192. Till now (5. 30 PM on 04/04/2015) the problem in not resolved. We have also called Binod Pattnaik, Technician and requested as per the SMS alert received from BSNL, without any the result. My prepaid number 9439049135 was charged with Rs. 95/- for lowering call rate 20p. and 40p. And Rs. 69/- for roaming free for one month. But both of the services not provided me.
My landline number 0674-2311929 is out of order from 21. 10. 2014 and I had lodged complaint at local exchange on 21.10.2014 and also in web. I also lodged complaint in grievance cell bearing docket number ORS/CO/2014/1452 dated 17. 11. 2014. I had telephonically contacted all the official in operational line, but sorry to inform you that till date my landline connection has not been restored. I am regularly paying the bills well before the due date. Sir, please inform me when my landline connection will restored or if not possible please disconnect the line as i will search for alternative service provider for my requirement. Our draft number is 2112118/ 275892 dated on 21.05.2014 for Rs 4015 fvg A.O (Cash) BSNL, Bhubaneswar was paid on 27.05.2014 through clg to Punjab National Bank as per our system, but BSNL has returned us the original instrument stating that the draft was returned unpaid and simultaneously disconnected our three numbers of telephones on 20.10.2014 temporarily. In total we have seven of telephones 2314901/ 2595901/ 2597811/ 2597195/ 2597934/ 2597344/ 2436910. We are paying all the current bills. We request your good office to again ascertain from your Banker PNB. Kindly do not disconnect the telephones till that date.
I have taken a 3G SIM for internet. It was working properly, but from last 15 days unable to connect. My number is 8895370672. When i used to connect the dongle, it shows only G instead of 3G and is not opening any site. It is connecting to the net, but is not opening any site. I am Dibakar Mohapatra from Injana, Bhubaneswar. I have availed Wimax (ob 100 ten 457) which is not working for last six to seven days. It last worked on 7th October 2014. I called different people in your organization and some of them also said the problem to be with Bangalore server. Last evening one gentleman says the problem to be with the local Jaripatna exchange, but not solved yet. This happens every month.
Please do the needful for an early restoration of services.
