Complaint: Since 1-11-2014 I am not able to log in Yahoo Mail regularly. Even after log in sometimes I am not able to Log out. Sometimes the mail does not open and after reading I am not able to delete the unwanted mail. All these operations are erratic. I am using BSNL broad band connection. I am using legal Microsoft operating system 8. one and also anti virus. Browsing on Internet is o. K.
The landline number 044-24954205 is not working past two weeks. Please arrange to solve this problem immediately without any delay.
I bought BSNL 3g SIM (9444314668) card last week, From last week i cant able to browse continuously. Past six days i spoke with your customer care 18001801503, but the response is very worst they are not answer and not solve my issue. once i called from any cell no means next time call not go from that no to customer care.

I am getting SMS from +546461005 with the following message: QUOTE - " Dear Re. one store user your account has been renewed with Rs.5/3 days. To deactivate send STOP to 155223." UNQUOTE. Hope 155223 is BSNL number.
Please note that in first instance I have not availed/OPTED for any such services however I am debited every three days Rs.5 without my consent. On many occasions I have responded immediately to STOP such services.I AM REQUESTING YOU TO IMMEDIATELY STOP such services AND CONFIRM THAT BSNL DO NOT DEDUCT RS.5 FOR THE ABOVE.
