This is vasudevarao i want to bring to your kind notice some points.
1) i received a courier from citibank yesterday when i contacted on this subject i came to know that when your person came for delivery my house is locked which is not correct reason i have a my office in groundfloor which will open till 9.00p.m. night.
2) when iam trying to contact to customer care no i tried to one hour you kept my phone for waiting for one hour still no body has attend the call.
Really we are unhappy with the service.

I have got a call from Blue Dart 9700431065 stating they have received my PAN card, but they wanted me to come to their branch(10KM away) and collect the card.

The customer care service number is sometimes not reachable, if at all its reachable, then no one picks it up. I do not think, its a customer care service number. damn this number, i want some important data about my delivery, but it sucks try to be in service.
