Hi I sent document from South Africa to Hyderabad. It was supposed to reach by yesterday. When I track the document it says pin code wrong and document redirected, but I have given the right pin code number even I have the proof with me. In my address I gave the mobile number also, you should have called and confirmed the address. This is very important document. I used express service, it is very expensive. What is the use of sending the document If I do not get it on time. Why you didn't call and confirm the address if have doubts in address. My waybill number is :3779919415 I double checked my pin code. I gave the right one. I tried calling customer care number of times, no answer and most of the numbers are not working. Blue dart is very bad service. Please call on 9848903441 and deliver the document. I do not want this document to be redirected.

1) i received a courier from citibank yesterday when i contacted on this subject i came to know that when your person came for delivery my house is locked which is not correct reason i have a my office in groundfloor which will open till 9.00p.m. night.
2) when iam trying to contact to customer care no i tried to one hour you kept my phone for waiting for one hour still no body has attend the call.
Really we are unhappy with the service.
