We have applied for New Landline connecton. Even after more than one month we donot have hope of getting connection. Your officers in Manipal are very irresposible and giving one or the other reason. When we are approached by your agent to collect the application they have charged us Rs. 150 for processing the applciation and was assured that connection will be done immediately. I thing agent might have collection six to seven application and he made money and disappeared. But now your organisation has reasons for delay in processing. When we are talking of Digital India you are not able to provide basic Phone line connection. I do not know whom to blame for this, whether your representatives or the organisation. One more example of attitudes of a Government work force.

I am a subscriber of BSNL landline and mobile. My mobile number is 9448296724. I took a 3G connection (Data 155) on Saturday, seven November 2015 with 20-day validity and 1GB data volume. I have not been watching videos or downloading films through this connection. My entire data volume got exhausted within two days to my surprise. I am charged heavily from my prepaid account. Earlier, with the same plan voucher (Data_155), I used to have at least 500-600MB unused after the validity period. The signal is very weak and most of the time I do not get proper internet connection. The battery drains very quickly when I use the internet. Please rectify.
