Dear BSNL, we have applied a landline connection on 7th DEC and order for landline number 079-25460425 was passed on 9th December, but repeated follow up with BSNL employee is of no use the people sitting there is just misusing public office and not at all serious for business, we have already printed Visiting card with the same number, but BSNL is not bothered to cat and we are suffering in our business. I really do not know whether writing on this will help or not, but still i am giving a try. Please see if you can help.

I surrendered the connection and the refund of the deposit amount has not been received. I have relocated to Hyderabad during April'14 (E-505, Devi Homes, Hafeezpet, Hyderabad - 500049). Request, either send me the settlement cheque at my new address or transfer the connection from Ahmedabad to Hyderabad. My above bill is on auto-payment mode with Citi bank. As per inquiry with Citi bank, they made payment of rupees 885 on 27-09-2014 before due date with approval code 10048113, dated 27-09-2014.
But again the previous amount rupees 885.00 with penalty of rupees 15.75 is reflecting in the present bill (01-09-2014 to 30-09-2014). Please verify, make necessary corrections and send me the correct bill.

Broad-band connection, however is working. When a number is dialed from my number 26851559,a recorded voice says that the dialed number is busy and at the same time ring sound is heard and the call materializes also. The recorded voices continue even after the called number gets picked up making any communication almost impossible.
