Ravichander P, mobile number 9449025644 will contact me regarding the matter. Since Sri Ravichander did not contact me till today (27-12-14) morning I contacted him and enquired regarding the matter. He informed me that he tried to contact me earlier, but no one attended the call which is not true as I have not received any call or missed call from him or any other number which I have not called back. When I pointed out the fact to him he started behaving rudely and informed me that he will not give the connection and I can complain to any one I wish. My BSNL landline with broadband connection number 080-25232040 is not working since two months. We had applied for shifting the telephone (080-23604040) from iisc exchange to marathahalli exchange on 3rd of may 2014 and a new number (080-25232040)was allotted immediately. After repeated calls and follow-ups, on 28th June, finally a BSNL staff came and gave the connection. Even though they had assured that, the connection will be activated within a day or two, till this day nothing has happened. So, i am unable to use my BSNL landline with broadband connection for the last two months. At the same time, am repeatedly getting messages which say, "the complaint booked (docket number) is resolved" and asking me to "contact the customer care number "1500" for more details", but when i try to call 1500, it always says that "this number does not exist". So ridiculous, i really do not know what to do.

Dear Sir, About month before I applied a new telephone line with broadband connection, BSNL provided me new line (tel. number 04822216806)with broadband connection (Rs. 650/- monthly scheme), according to BSNL I purchased a new modem and they programed and installed in my home, but till date I am not getting the signal of internet and without getting internet signal I received my first bill with all service charges, anyhow which is already paid by me also. And I already registered many complaints, but unfortunately there is no any response from BSNL. Really I am sad about the responsibility of BSNL. 80% of the time there is no link or data not transferring. When contact with Jhumri Telaiya Exchange, we are sometimes told Gateway Problem, some time, some fault, sometimes problem from Ranchi or Hazaribagh, but never any action is taken.
We try to call SDO Phones on 94311 42444 which never responds. We called Hazaribagh control room on 06546 266666 and 06546 270011, but we get rude reply.
