My BSNL landline with broadband connection number 080-25232040 is not working since two months. We had applied for shifting the telephone (080-23604040) from iisc exchange to marathahalli exchange on 3rd of may 2014 and a new number (080-25232040)was allotted immediately. After repeated calls and follow-ups, on 28th June, finally a BSNL staff came and gave the connection. Even though they had assured that, the connection will be activated within a day or two, till this day nothing has happened. So, i am unable to use my BSNL landline with broadband connection for the last two months. At the same time, am repeatedly getting messages which say, "the complaint booked (docket number) is resolved" and asking me to "contact the customer care number "1500" for more details", but when i try to call 1500, it always says that "this number does not exist". So ridiculous, i really do not know what to do.
Please do the needful at the earliest.
