I maintain Landline 06742431469 and Broadband Account 8000030331 for more than ten years and all my bills are paid by ECS regularly. Service provided for both these are very very unsatisfactory. I am terribly annoyed for frequent interruption of Broadband Network and the department people blame for erratic landline. My complaints are resolved without technical correction and I am asked to take help of Linesman Pradeep and Broadband Linesman Balaram, but availing their service is difficult, time consuming and erratic. I shall be grateful to you if you rectify your own defects and provide me with uninterrupted Landline and Broadband service failing which I shall be compelled to switch over to any other Network facility wef 01. 07. 2015.

I am Dibakar Mohapatra from Injana, Bhubaneswar. I have availed Wimax (ob 100 ten 457) which is not working for last six to seven days. It last worked on 7th October 2014. I called different people in your organization and some of them also said the problem to be with Bangalore server. Last evening one gentleman says the problem to be with the local Jaripatna exchange, but not solved yet. This happens every month.

After some time i again tried this time i got a message your voucher is pending. I made call to customer care and they informed me that BSNL server was down please try it after 11 pm. Once again i tried, but no use i got the same message. Then on next day i again contact with customer care they told me that they reset the card please try after one hour. After one hour. I tried this time i got error message this voucher is pending. I again and again contact.
