Its been almost one month 5days i have purchased my aquaguard water purifier product Green RO. I have not got the invoice of the product. You have already collected the amount 14490 Rs.+ 350 rupees for the stand and i want to know that how many days do you want to print a bill. Is this the way of service you have got to the customer? Once when i came to the office which is at sanjayNagarm, people were celebrating their birthday in the office and i have also explained clearly to one of the staff present there on the 1st week of July 2013, he said that within one or two days he will post the bill.

My aquaguard is overdue for service as a part of annual maintenance contract. Person visited two weeks back and informed that the candles need to be changed immediately because using it the way it is now is like drinking direct tap water. He promised to come back next day, but inspite of follow up no one has turned up yet. Have been trying to call the customer care number, but it is not getting through. Service is really very bad. Living in a community of 2000 flats not sure what kind of feedback to share with others.

My water Purifier is not working properly even though the person from your service team has serviced three times in a week. I am facing lot of trouble without drinking water even though I have spend more than 12 thousand rupees.
Since the unit is in warranty period, Kindly replace the unit and install proper water purifie. Else I have to go for legal action regarding the same

i have given full amount for aquaguard enhance ro +uv on
27-07-13 got cartoon box delivered the next day ,they promised installation same day at 6.30 pm .Till today no installation on phoning up your executive he is evading and rude in responding to me.Group leader Mr Arun,Executive Mr Madhukumar both made a house visit and forced me to buy and i made spot payment and still i have not got the bill nor installation.Is this the way you treat a customer who has boughtt two units last one eight months back.What immediate action intimate me at dr.bgmanjunath@gmail.com

I have made the payment of 12000 rupees for Aquaguard enhance five days back. They have still not delivered the product. Sales person when contacted is behaving rudely. Extremely disgusted with customer care. They do not understand the problem. No one is taking ownership.

I have requested for service for my four months old aquagurad three weeks back.But nobody responded even if I follow with them in every week. It is really bad even if after so much of follow up, still nobody had called me once.I do not understand what's the management is doing.

We have purchased Aquaguard RO four years back.Its such a worst decision. Every few months we end up with some or the other problem. Most of the time all the four filters needs to be replaced.Every time they replace the filters they wont be from a sealed pack. I doubt they are new. Some times motor problem, some times tap problem,etc..

And especially the service. Absolutely pathetic service in Bangalore. No one will end up for few days. Every time we have to give 10,15 tries to customer care. If some body lifts, they say that they will send the service guy within the same day, but no body turns out for a week. And after that it takes weeks for them to solve a problem.

Once the problem starts, it will end up giving problem for every few months. How come they offer such a worst service.

And service people, they are rude when they talk to customers. Ridiculous. Spending so much amount and having no peace with it. I do not ever refer this to some one to buy.

We have purchased aqua guard classic version. It worked absolutely fine for first two weeks. It is around two months old now. Since then there has been around five registered issue that the water is muddy. Every time service person cleans it, It works for two weeks and again the problem repeats. I suspect that a faulty device is been given. Kindly replace the faulty device.

I purchased a ro water purifier from eureka forbes on March 8th 2014. I was instructed that the receipt of the payment made for the sum of 14990/- INR will be sent through post within the next 15 days. It has been two and half months as of today and i have not received any receipt for the payment made by me. I made the payment with the help of credit card on 17th March 2014. Please provide me with the payment receipt for the product without which i will not be able to claim any warranty.

I have a very bad experience for servicing Eureka Forbes water purifier. Though we have done AMC for two years, when complaint is registered in call centre the service person calls up after one to two days to know the address and never turns up. When we call him that he says he is just five minutes away or comes in one hour, but never turns up. Please. Solve the issue.

My complaint number at the Call Center is 78932373 placed two weeks ago. Nobody has come to fix the problem in these two weeks. I constantly get an answer someone will come soon and it is on high priority. I did bot expect this from Aquaguard as I have been satisfied with the service.

Worst Customer care service in Bangalore. We replaced filters last week nearly 3500 rupees . And they replace duplicate filters which gives bitter taste water. We complaint upto ten times since there is no response from them.
