I spoke to your customer care executive in connection with my wish to discontinue the American Express card services as I have retired from service. However, the call got disconnected. I do not want to pay the annual renewal fees of Rs. 5617 for next year and would stop use of the card forthwith. Also, I will forego the membership points accrued. Please do the needful to terminate the card.

I applied for a credit card six months back and have not received it till now. I however have been receiving emails about offers on card. I just want to cancel the card please, however since I do not even have the card number or any details of the card, I cannot even do that. Please cancel my card or contact me.

I have been charged Annual Fee in my card number 3744 310016 01009, by the name SANJAY OSWAL. At the time, I was told that the credit card is life time free. Further, all the credit cards of other companies are free.

Please refer to the above credit card issued to me from your bank. In this connection, I have paid rupees 45000/- for Life Membership at the time of issuing the above card. Your statement dated 20.07.2013 showing rupees 10000/- as membership fee which is not applicable to me as I am a Life Member. Therefore, you are requested to waive off the membership fee and service tax and the balance amount of rupees 681.75 will be paid within the due date.

I and my dependant will be travelling to Melbourne, Autralia by end of June or latest by Mid July 2013.
I have opted for an overseas Health Insurance Policy, which is starting from 1ts August 2013, payment by AMEX card.
But, I have recievd an SMS saying that the initial charge of the policy for the first month is due by 4th July 2013.This amount is AUD 151 which is equivalent to more than 8k INR.
Please look into this issue on priority and revert to me at the earliest.
