This is Ashok Kamath from Goa. I had ordered and received a brother dcp-j140w wireless compact inkjet all-in-one printer from Aadinath peripherals and consumables through Amazon site.
The printer was received in totally damaged condition with scanner clear plate glass completely shattered. Return process initiated with Amazon was replied with an automated response. The seller appears to have an absolutely lackadaisical approach towards business and customer and it is over a week now there is absolutely no response from Amazon or seller in spite of calling the seller a couple of times directly. An extremely bitter experience with Amazon. Waiting for their 15 days redressal time after lodging an a-z claim now and thereafter the logical next step of course would be to approach the consumer court and suing the company for the mental harassment this whole process has caused and also sharing the bad experience on social media.

I think Amazon should improve on delivery time of the products. I ordered mobile on 11th October and expected date of delivery is 27th October. I called customer care on 17.10.2014. The customer care executive told that within 48 hour the courier boy will pick the product, but still date the courier boy has not come to my address. The worst online shopping site.
I had ordered for three Mebelkart beautiful string curtains and customer have received only one curtain. I had raised the complaint about this and also spoken to one of your customer care who has sent the mail to Home Zara regarding this (copied to me). It was told tat the problem will be solved by 25th October, but till today i have not received any mail regarding this. Look into this issue and send me the remaining two curtains as soon as possible.

On 16/10/14 i ordered Micromax canvas A1s and the product was delivered to me on 18/10/I4 within two days. Happy about that, but during these 10 days of time, i am experiencing lot of problems with my new Micromax canvas a1. Major problem was the phones mike was not working. I am not able to reach the number, but i should register my complaint. My order number "403?-8277275-2 940306" dated 14th of October 2014 and i received message from Amazon delivery on 24th October 2014, but still the delivery has not been happened. Keep on following it up with Fedex courier based on tracking number, even in person, but their ops team response is very much disappointed. They have not even bothered and stating that they are having huge business apart from Amazon. They cannot deliver on time again. It will take two to three days for delivery with illiterate treatment. This is ridiculous and highly disappointed and i cannot accept this response from Fedex as well as the delay. Amazon should implement the delivery status confirmation from the customer or from the seller, but it does not happen. It's paid transaction is using my debit card, but i decided not to go for prepaid transaction anymore with Amazon. I expect your immediate action on this and expecting response from Amazon by today.

I placed an order for Farlin baby bottle cleaner on 22nd of October 2014 and the delivery date promised was 27th. Today is the 30th and the status of the package is still 'in transit'. I haven't received any update too. Cannot even reach a customer care executive to find out what's wrong or when my package will be delivered.
I purchased a Tomb Raider PC game for Rs 1064 from Amazon, the seller is (KrazyDeals) 2010, on 17th of October 2014. The Order Number 402-0146888-0668337, shipping ATS 510104235715). After nine days of waiting on 25th of October 2014, i receive a SMS stating "Your package with Tomb Raider (PC) could not be delivered due to additional address requirement" I contacted Amazon Customer care, I gave them the additional address, landmark so on and also told them the customer care lady that if the courier guys are having problem in finding my place, let them call me for directions. And after four days of waiting, again I receive a SMS on 29th of October 2014, "Your package with Tomb Raider (PC)could not be delivered as address was not available" I was right there at my home, I didn't receive any phone call or anything from the courier guy. Again I called the customer care, but they are saying that we are unable to contact the Amazon courier. I am living in a prime area in Chennai not in Mars.

I am chasing for my Shortage refund from last two weeks and Amazon is least bothered to give the refund. First of all it took ten days to deliver the materials that also Shortage and Amazon customer support team is amazing, they just send the mail to seller and site and we have to follow with the seller. I am telling from last ten days as a short shipment. They are asking me to return the units. When i have not received the materials what i can return. Customer support team will not clearly give the feedback to Seller and seller will ask and number of funny question. Tired answering seller mail Please let me know will you give my refund or not? IS this the way your company making profit? by cheating customer. Very much disappointed with Amazon service".
