The number 9894162642 has no service from the past three days. I am using this number from the past ten years approximately. I have submitted the required proof while buying the SIM card at that time. After contacting customer care they informed that our number did not submitted the necessary proof yet. So i request you to take necessary action.

Dear Service provider, This complaint regarding SMSpack@Rs61 of mobile prepaid service. I deactivated this service last two days back. Even though You activated the package without my knowledge and deducted the money from my balance account. This is an serious issue. This is not the first time happen. If you have not taken necessary steps regarding this issue. I will put it in consumer court. I need an immediate action. I shall await your reply

ON 06/05/2013 AT 10.43 AM WITH THE AMOUNT OF RS.200.BUT YESTERDAY I HAVE CHECKED MY BALANCE THAN ITS SHOWS 0.81 ONLY.THAN I CALLED THE CUTOMER CARE.ONE OF YOUR CUSTOMER EXECUTIVE NAMED MR.LALIT HAD TAKEN THE PHONE AND WHEN I ASKED THAT WHY MY MONEY HAS DEBITTED THAN HE TOLD THAT YOUR SMS PACK HAS NOT BEEN ACTIVATED.
