Why my mobile connection is not showing 4G WITH MY SIM Card (MOB NO. 8131854410)? But with other Airtel SIM card I can enjoy the 4G connection. With my SIM CARD it showing only edge. Am I being fooled by the shop from where I procured the 4G SIM or is there other technical issue?.
Hello my name is Anurag Jyrwa I am facing network problem, I can not get network inside my home and your customer care complain number doesn't work in my number so how can I ask for help if your services is so useless. What is the use of such smart network then.
I was using Airtel number 918414089931 number till last year June and then i went abroad when i came back i got recharge of 499. 99 and also i got the message that it was Successfully recharged. When i tried to use it says that no network and when i went to Airtel store i came to know that number is not activated as it has not been used for more than three months. She directed me to the person from whom i got the amount recharged and he showed me the Successfully recharge message on my number that is 8414089931. I would like to know that it is not activated how it got recharged Successfully and if possible i want to get it activated and ready to submit paper or want the complete refund.
I am a user of your DTH service. I have got two connection in the same house. For the last four days I am facing problem in one of my set top box for which after several call at your Shillong Office I was able to lodge my complaint and I was told that the designated person will be visiting my house at 12 noon today and an appointment was fixed. Accordingly I waited in the house despite my busy schedule. Since the appointed hour has past long and no response was received I lodge my complain. I am also disappointed at the non attendance of the call despite continuous ringing of the Mobile/telephone.
I took the connection on the 19th May, 2015 after poor network I went and disconnect and surrendered my Airtel Data Card(Sim Card) No:7085062206 on the 15th June 2015, and cleared the one month rental, till today these people are sending me bills and calling me that I have to pay, I really do not understand what bills they are talking about since I have already disconnected and did not use the Data Card(Sim Card), you please confirm from your end.

I call customer care numbers, no answer. Even after long waits. I write a complaint to send. Network so slow the complaint would not go even after numerous tries. is not this exploitation of the consumer. I have 3G connection in my postpaid number which is as good as not having one. The plan had also been upgraded in the past for the same slow network reason. After all of this. Can you kindly suggest what else is left for me to do. I see this as abuse of the service provider in extortion from consumer without the promised services

I recharge a customer with 98 internet pack, but the customer received the message and his balance is 0 and he could not browse the internet. So the customer even ask back his money.
