I have recharged my number online on 20-9-2014 through my debit card and i received a trasanction id and confirmation that it has been processed. So i deleted the message on my phone. But later when i tried making a call, it said zero balance. I have my bank statements to prove the transaction has taken place and amount credited to bharti inc. We represent an IT company in Bangalore. Airtel representatives visited and canvassed for providing CUG connection. we agreed to their deal if they could provide MNP for two numbers which are given to our clients. In order to get service numbers quickly enabled, we opt to get 5 new numbers. While Airtel rep quickly provided connectivity to new numbers for old numbers they could not activate even after one month of applying for the same. Now they are telling us to start the process once again for MNP. Our mails are tossed from one executive to another. the persons who canvassed , have vanished. there is no way of escalating our grievances to higher ups for redressal as we could not get the right person over phone. We are now struck up with one portion in CUG and another outside. there is no proper response from Airtel. They put into a loop. Anybody who had faced such a state of affairs and successfully came out pl guide us.

My Prepaid mobile No.9003330663. Airtel informed that Rs.1.50 per day, FOR 90 DAYS OR MORE, has been deducted from my balance towards activation of 'Special 5 Service'. This is ridiculous. I NEVER EVER ACTIVATED ANY SUCH SERVICE ON MY MOBILE. I HAVE ALSO WRITTEN TO AIRTEL in this respect for reversal of all charges thus wrongly deducted and credit the same back into my account. Please note that "No sms was sent to Airtel for activation of Special 5 Service and no sms/confirmation received from Airtel in this regard". I shall be obliged if Airtel takes immediate action in this regard and reverse the charged deducted from my account illegally.

I have been using Airtel broadband service for years now. But from APRIL 2013 airtels bad customer care service has caused headache in our lives. I have been complaining from april 2013 every month the cycle starts and NO ACTION has been taken. each month my emails are ignored.
26th Sep cycle started and AIRTEL people have alreday deducted 10GB from our quota. I owe proof of the usage from our end and the justification for deducting our quota and ignoring a customers complaint from 6 months.

Somehow I have been facing some problem or the other with Airtel, inspite of the fact I have 5 connection in the family.
Last time I complained about misbehaviour of your persons.
Now I have another problem.
Last Thursday, one Ms Megha contacted me from her mob no 8971068145 to sell the idea of switch over from pre paid to post paid. After some deliberations, I accepted her proposal. She sent a person to my house to collect residence proof, voter id, photos etc together with Rs 300 and got my signature on airtel form. She said she would activate within 2 days.
I followed up with her several times but she never answered my calls. Another sr person spoke to me from 9972498178 also on the same day. I forget his name. I was following up with him too several times but never took my calls. All records are available with you.
My airtel prepaid no is 9060974717. Till this minute , my post paid is not activated. I suggest both should be sacked.

I have requested to port my Docmo to Airtel.I went there at Koramangala 5th block Airtel Office.They have informed it will take 7 days and also i have got verification call two times.Stil a month im keep on roaming wasting my time to enetr into AIrtel Office.
The Airtel Koramangal Office people are talking to a customers such a way that,they dont know how to talk with a customer.its doesnt seem like Customer sevice.They are telling Docomo has rejected your request but they dont know the reason and i went to docomo office, they are telling they have not got any request from AIRTEL.
I have escalated this to higher level, still i have not got any response from Airtel.
If somwone has done any mistake atleast after escalating also somone should look into it..but here its strange!!!

my ACCOUNT IS DEBITED FOR rs.255/- . The same is
not reflected in my transaction statement of AIRTEL.
only the old balance and validity is being shown as..rs31 or so and the validity date as 26/08/2013.

actually last 2 months onwards we are migrated my mobile network form Idea to airtel network. but there is no best call rate offer from airtel and we tried to call customer care regarding call rates but not conneting to them. and one more issue is when we calling to other phones, every time one tone will come like your balance is low to make a call even we have balance also.

My prepaid mobile number is 9008444805. Since yesterday, the SIM is bolcked and asking for PUK number. Today evening I called up customer care at 08-29pm and they gave me PUK No.: 38613494 and PIN No.1234. However, when I entered these numbers the SIM do not accept the same instead get respond of wrong PUK No. I have changed the handset (instrument) but getting same response. I have used five out of nine chances.
This is very disturbing.

I have a prepaid connection 8197348475 taken from Bangalore. I am getting so many unwanted SMS and it disturbs me a lot. I have requested the customer care to put me in Do not disturb mode a few months back. After that the SMS flow has stopped. Now again it restarted. I don't understand why this has been enabled without my consent. I get automatically subscribed into NDTV updates and gets charged for the same. I am going to stop all relationships with Airtel (my postpaid connections, Data cards etc) in case this is not taken care immediately.

The internet plans are Very Bad Like if WE Activate Any 2G Short terms plans like 3days plan then if we finish Given data in 1day or 2day then again we can't activate the same date.

I am holing MOBILE PHONE 9901893462. I HAVE BROUGHT THIS PHONE INSTRUMENT TO USA ONLY TO KEEP THE VARIOUS CONTACT NUMBERS.Till yesterday it was on "NO SERVICE" mode. But now it has been logged on to AT&T Mobile USA. I neither need this service here nor have I requested for it. Now my instrument shows ATT-Airtel service.
I do not want this service.Pl cancel this service.
On my return to India, I will again contact you for further service.

After 2 days i will swapping that number into my brother name.

I got a call from 9811207314 on 10th june 2013 around 10 am. when i recieved the call i could hear only one word "your call......"which i felt some recorded one.. later i didnt hear anything else except some music..
