I have a prepaid connection 8197348475 taken from Bangalore. I am getting so many unwanted SMS and it disturbs me a lot. I have requested the customer care to put me in Do not disturb mode a few months back. After that the SMS flow has stopped. Now again it restarted. I have been using Airtel broadband service for years now, but from April 2013 Airtels bad customer care service has caused headache in our lives. I have been complaining from April 2013 every month the cycle starts and NO ACTION has been taken. each month my emails are ignored.
