I tried recharging discounted option on 9908463675 and it gave an error, i tried through another bank online and now 53 rupees is deducted from my both bank of India and Rbs accounts. Plea revert back the amount to my rbs account.

Previous recharge also i faced same problem.
This is not fine. They are saying rest of the amount will add in one hr, but it is never adding.
I have called to customer support, but the response was not good they do not have answer regarding this issue.

I have rechargedd my Airtel number 9701542435 for rupees 330/- on 14/09/14 at 12. 45pm vide txt ID 1200594420, but the amount was not credited to my balance till date. This may be credited immediately and the reasons for delay may be known to me.
