Internet connection has not been working on mobile since last one month even after multiple complaints,
I do not know why we are still sticking on Airtel for 15 years. I have seen the most pathetic service from Airtel. Last one month i have bee calling to your customer care service, they took the request to activate Internet on mobile and they send one confirmation SMS also stating that my Internet is activated, and it did never activated. Again and again they told me to send SMS to 54321 as mobile. I have done that also and installed in my phone. Nothing worked out.
If i will not get a solution before EOD, will surely go to a another service provider.

Hello, I had applied for postpaid corporate plan, which got activated on 29th september 2014. It included 3g data plan. But the 3g data plan is not yet activated. It says i have a better data plan active in my airtel mobile, although i do not have any other data plan activated. So, kindly resolve my issue and activate my 3g pack as soon as possible.

I had applied for change in pre-paid to post-paid of my mobile number 8971 3870 81 on 29th October 2013. Even after ten days this action has not taken place.
i had called Airtel customer care (so called, it should be Airtel Customer Uncare)but no action. For last 24 hrs both prepaid and postpaid dosent have network and it has become a problem that i cannot use any SIM.
Also i dont understand why Airtel needs all the documents again just to convert existing prepaid to post paid.
Can airtel solve my problem? Kindly reply.

I have applied for new post paid coonectiob from r.t.nagar airtel care office. Its more than 15 days now that it hasnt activated. The behaviour of staff is very rude. I think airtel should seriuosly think of its r.t.nagar office employee behaviuor and its effect on its customer.its harrasing its customers.

My broadband connection ref No.080-41708981 is not working from the past one month.
I have registered complaint through phone and one of your executive arrived and fixed the same. ( the reason given failure for the service is that some component installed on the tree was taken away by miscreants.
After one day again the same problem occured and we complained again. and your executive came the same problem occured again and it will be addressed in a day or two.
But its over a month now, there is no communication from your side nor this problem addressed.
request you to get back to me on this issue immediately with bill details update.

Hi I have paid a rs of 1000 to you airtel guy who came to collect the doucment and he give me a new sim of no 9945077724 and 9945077728 and the plan I selected was 449 that is 60000 local and std min free and 1000 sms and 500 mb 3g data free and now the sim is not activited and they r saying that they don't have this plan so please call back to my no that is 9945918883 I am avaible at all the time ... if you people are activitng that plan olnly means then I don't have any problem or else refund my money....

I am a post paid customer and I want to pay my bill but my problem is I am not able to get any site which is getting me directed to it and neither I know any outlet near hesargatta, jallahalli cross where i can pay the bill.
I have another complain when I was having prepaid account I got n no of calls to shift to postpaid with less cost whreas I can see its the other way round. Airtel people fool their customers like this.

I had CUG connection with Airtel. But whenever i call the person concern he is always busy. I had five numbers working with the service provider. The response is very bad from the executives. When i take a prepaid mobile connection they said, 30 Paise call for next three months, but my call rate is 36 paise per min, with out any intimation no sms, now call rate is charged for 60 paise per local and STD more than local call., this is the service you are providing to customers. Now i plan to convert post paid connection my all details are with you, why you need photo and ID proof again.
