The Airtel executive reached to bank on 8th July 2015 for your executive negligence. I have to face a fine of -250 rupees for my bank account for return of cheque and an legal notice which i received as mentioned 500rs to pay for this legal notice. I tried many times to pay through online, but it saying that i entered an invalid mobile number. So, On what basis i have to pay amount without proper input. Last one month i have bee calling to your customer care service, they took the request to activate Internet on mobile and they send one confirmation SMS also stating that my Internet is activated, and it did never activated. Again and again they told me to send SMS to 54321 as mobile. I have done that also and installed in my phone. Nothing worked out.

I had applied for change in pre-paid to post-paid of my mobile number 8971 3870 81 on 29th October 2013. Even after ten days this action has not taken place.
i had called Airtel customer care (so called, it should be Airtel Customer Uncare)but no action. For last 24 hrs both prepaid and postpaid dosent have network and it has become a problem that i cannot use any SIM.

I have applied for new post paid coonectiob from r.t.Nagar Airtel care office. Its more than 15 days now that it hasnt activated. The behaviour of staff is very rude. I have registered complaint through phone and one of your executive arrived and fixed the same. ( the reason given failure for the service is that some component installed on the tree was taken away by miscreants.
After one day again the same problem occured and we complained again. and your executive came the same problem occured again and it will be addressed in a day or two.
