I have raised request last week for rewiring ( Service ticket # 31301940), no action has been taken care so for and to my surprise I received a SMS that the ticket has been close with resolution. Never seen a pathetic service from a leading service provider. FYI I have closed my connection last month itself and the service team has requested and promised to provide the required to continue the connection. Nothing has been done. If this ticket is not taken care in another 24 hrs, I assure will close the account.

I applied for the Airtel CUG connection from HCL Technologies, I am waiting for four weeks still my connection has not been activated. When I contact the customer care they are asking for Order ID. When i call teh sales exec. they are useless fellow. cheating the customers by giving false commitments. I doubt on the sales guys whether are they using the attested docs of the customers for any illegal purpose. i planning to take a legal action against these guys.
