My internet is not working from yesterday . my land line number is 01724640565 when i tried to registerd my compalint on 121, 198, there so many diffrent options, but no one is picking up the phone.
This my very bad experience on Airtel.If my complaint not rectify today i will go for another connetion for internet

i asked the sales man Manpreet to disconnect my landline no.01614615599 and asked whether he equires my presence or sing or letter for the same he assures me there is no need for anything he will do on his own, but to my great disappointment arrouse when i receive call last month frm Airtel abt my outstanding since i also asked Manpreet to adjust my 1month bill amount of plan 350 in my securityso hereby no balance wqas supposed to be there left .
i visited ferozepur road branch as well last month where Sales Man Manpreet denied of everything and his fake commitments due two which m in trouble.
My prepaid mobile number is 9815410678 I applied to convert my prepaid connection to postpaid on 8.7.13 my prepaid connection stopped working on 11.7.13 and SIM of post paid shows no service. I applied at Air tel office at Technological Park Chandigarh they gave me enquiry no 172 4600849 on dialing no body picks up the phone and do not know the status how long it will take to resolve the issue Air tel is known for services, but undergoing bad experience
many time requested i can not recd my monthely bill in my email ID i.e email@example.com
Please resolve the problem and send the ibill immediately.
I had applied for a broad band connection by paying a sum of rupees 4995/- in favour of Bharti Airtel on 9-09-2013 for installation of the connection at Flat No 201, E-6 ,GH -79 sandeep vihar sector-20 Panchkula, but the same has not beeing installed as yet, thus causing harassment to me. kindly look into revert back...
I have requested for Broadband plan in my home, but due to not checking the slots availability by Airtel person, the broadband connection was not successfuly installed in my home.
When i request that person to refund my money back, he told me that you will get the cheque from Airtel within 28 days (This was the maximum time according to that person).

NOW, it is more than two months and i am regular touch with him and i have not received the cheque yet.
Please do the needful and please take a necessary action against Rohit if possible.
