Dear Team, I had shifted my house last Sunday (8-2-2015) to next building and i informed to you. They said within five day we will come and give connection one week gone, but still nobody has come. Absolutely no response from service department. We call more than five times a day and they say person will come tomorrow, but no body has comes the worst service i have seen. Due to this i have lost my business for last one week. For your kind information I have already paid the bill in advance. Could you please resolved this issue as soon as possible. Booked for 4mbps speed Broad band service and deposited Rs.3600/- vide order/recept no.TNPA683007 dt.24th of this month. No response to our call till
yesterday. Today your people telling that 4mbps speed is not possible and only 2mbps could be given in our (Keelkattali) area. They also insist us to pay extra for the router now. I wonder how could your people get the deposit for 4mbps speed without knowing the speed in this area and put us in to unnecessary trouble. We do not expected such type of approch from your people. We regret, we are not willing to have your service and request you to return the deposit amount of rupees 3600/- immediately.
