Dear Team, I had shifted my house last Sunday (8-2-2015) to next building and i informed to you. They said within five day we will come and give connection one week gone, but still nobody has come. Absolutely no response from service department. We call more than five times a day and they say person will come tomorrow, but no body has comes the worst service i have seen. Due to this i have lost my business for last one week. For your kind information I have already paid the bill in advance. Could you please resolved this issue as soon as possible. Booked for 4mbps speed Broad band service and deposited Rs.3600/- vide order/recept no.TNPA683007 dt.24th of this month. No response to our call till
yesterday. Today your people telling that 4mbps speed is not possible and only 2mbps could be given in our (Keelkattali) area. They also insist us to pay extra for the router now. I wonder how could your people get the deposit for 4mbps speed without knowing the speed in this area and put us in to unnecessary trouble. We do not expected such type of approch from your people. We regret, we are not willing to have your service and request you to return the deposit amount of rupees 3600/- immediately.

My broadband limit was increased last month from 30gb to 50 gb. As my usage seems to exceed 30 gb 2-3 days before billing cycle, but now i face the same problem with 50gb. My usage has exceeded. This is not the actual case as i do not have a usage of 50 gb as my internet plan is used mainly for browsing and very very few downloads in the month. Please revert to me as to how you will solve this issue for me. As i know my plan cannot expire exactly 2-3 days even after the increase in the limit.

The broad band gets disconnected frequently at intervals for the past three days and it as totally not connected the whole of yesterday. I have made repeated complaints and it is not rectified yet. I need a permanent solution for this as it affects my office work. Please ensure immediate remedy.
I have taken Broadband Connection two month before for my business.
So far four times same line problem net not-working repeatedly happen if given complaint and repeated so many follow up also they are taking 3-5 days time resolve the problem costumer care and Service team not given proper explanation and not doing commitment on time even lot up follow with costumer care and Service team why it is happen this way do the costumer service the Airtel company image will go down.
Now I given the complaint line was not working on 07/09/13 the reference number 38245720(My land line number 044-42655050 account number 7006798149) till now I have called costumer care minimum 15 to 20 time nothing step taken for my complaint, after that if I called costumer care also not pick up my calls now, past three days my business loss because of this. I have applied for Airtel broadband internet connection in the name of Kavitha Arul .My application number is TNPA593076. Due to some limitation we are informed that connection could not be given and the fees rupees 3600 was not refunded.We spoke to your customer complaint many times and we are not getting good response.we are informed that the cheque will reach in another two days.
When I spoke to your customer complaint on 24th August,again we are informed that the application was rejected on 4th July and the instruction for payment was issued on 11th August.
Kindly look into this and arrange to refund at the earliest.

We have paid rupees 1000 and got Broadband connection on 20/7/2013 evening around six o clock. The very next day midnight Net connection got disconnected.
