Why cant they speak the truth and tell me the right time, that can be after 1 month.
We are customers, they should not harass us like this.

Internet is down past 3 days, have called customer care no - 08064501218 and 08042820000 about a couple of dozen times.. always on hold.
The cost of my calls is over Rs.60/-
If they are not ready to answer, they should not pick the call.
I am from bangalore... Acttv knows who is calling and they ignore unless its a new no.

Last 2 weeks we are not getting cable connection even though we made the payment on date.

But last 2' 3 vk there is no responce very poor service. And evn if v call coustmer care they say they will some one. But as now no one is giving the service. 29 May'13 i decided to go for the ACT broadband & 3rd June'13 i submitted the papers with payment. it is after 5th day i started questioning them they started ignoring the calls, fail to give the information , do not reply to messages,
i called 5 times their customer center for which i am charged 20Rs every time i call cos of the waiting. i blasted the call center and asked him to set up call with his manager

After an initial good run of ACT Broadband, the problems have started coming. Frequently, there is no Internet connection. The main helpline number seems to be useless, while they are also not responding to emails being sent.
I'm really disappointed as I was very happy with the ACT connection till now.

I have applied for a broadband net connection and paid subscription fees for six months and yesterday somebody came and done something they told that the installation has been over and within half-an-hour you'll get id and password as an sms. Till now I didn't get any sms. See why don't they tell the truth,let the id comes after 48 hrs.They should inform the truth right?

Yesterday at 4:25PM I gave request for upgrading digital TV to Rs.310 plan as 'TEN CRICKET' was appearing with a blocked message.

I am Amarnath Act Costumer bearing MQ ID No. 285462 & SMS ID No. 10576291 I am into Plan 15MBPS ACT ABUNDANT Rs. 1099/- Monthly Plan. There will be lot of download 50GB is not sufficient & even speed is very less after 50GB FTP. So I request your kindself to change the Plan to ACT Force 2749 25mbps till 200Gb and then 2Mbps Rs.3155/- Monthly Plan immediately.

Very bad service. No proper gaidlines by sales team. Its just like indian goverment office work by backhend team. They will not replay to your email after 7 days if you not call there coustember care for 4to 5 times. Then also there is no garantee that your problem will be solved.

I requested for 999 ACT broadband connection and paid Rupees1622. The connection was provided after the feasibility check and after a day the connection was cancelled due to non-feasibility. But the service charge of 600 was charged even though the company itself agreed that there is no feasibility in our area.

I have been clearly told by Marketing executive Mr Ramachandra that my connection is a post-paid and I have confirmed it more than thrice. I have the document which says its a post-paid connection.
Now , all of a sudden within 10 days i get to know that ACT has changed my post paid plan to pre-paid and i am asked to pay advance rental for next month.
My question here is who has authorised ACT BB to change my plan from POST PAID to PRE-PAID....even IF IT WAS DONE I WAS NEVER INFORMED ABOUT THE SAME!!!!
I WILL NOT HESITATE TO VOICE OUT MY CONCERNS ON ONLINE CONSUMER FORUMS IF MY CONCERN IS NOT ADDRESSED SUITABLY!!!

The on field service of ACT broadband is just too hopeless... The noc/ customer support team give false commitments each time we call them...
my number is 9663900110 tagged to my id.. I had requested for shift of my connection to place hardly half a km away from my existing place... the field engineer collect all required documents almost 10 days back upon feasibility confirmation for the new place...
my previous connection was hathway and must tell those guys were 100 times better than act in terms of service and commitment...
each time I call these act guys they tell tomorrow it will be done... god knows when tomorrow is gona happen...
