I have made the request for new connection on 28th of January and it is almost 30 days and Still i am waiting for it. Daily i am calling the customer care and wasting my time and money. And they are making different type of excuses. It is worst service I ever seen.
As per initial connection given agreement speed will be two Mbps, till it cross the limit usage of 20 G, after speed will be 256 KBPS. But i am getting only 256 KBPS till 20 G usage after below 20 KBPS. By this i am not able to do my office, getting delay in work and today morning i had given complaint for same, there is no any update on it. Please can you check and address it as soon as possible. My connection number is 10973855.
Can some one fix the connection? Yesterday we got the connection, but Still the broadband connection is not working. Please do the needful. Thanks in advance.
I got the Act broadband (20 mbps) disconnecting my existing BSNL(8mbps). While applying for Act broad band, they promised any issue will be rectified in two hours or a max of four hours. My ACT internet went off after three weeks on 5th of November and still no connection restored (7th of November at 7.45 pm). Even after making 20 to 25 calls to customer care. The customer service responses (including from Manager Chetan) is very worst and have seen now where with BSNL or Airtel. I had applied for BSNL again and they had promised to deliver it on 8th of November in morning. Let see how Act resolves it and based on it. i will take further decision to keep which one. But truly, there is no professionalism or dedication with Act.
I am already having set up box and my address is changed. But they are asking me for the installation charges, which i do not need. Already every thing is set over here. Why are they asking me for the installation charge? They should ask only the monthly rental. Right?

I have applied for new connection act blaze and paid amount rupees 1679 on 19:10:2014. Till today, no service. I am Waiting. My ID is 1055914.
I am an Airtel 4g subscriber and my number is 99450 42964. My bill dated 4th October was rupees 1122.48 which i paid by a cheque (number 804644) drawn on SBM JayaNagar 9th block. I dropped the cheque in the drop box at Airtel office on Bhannerghatta road. The cheque was realized on 14th October and the amount was debited to my SB account with SBM. Yet i keep getting messages both SMS and email that the bill is still due for payment. The last date being 22nd October. I now regret opting for an Airtel connection, doubly so for i knew your organization was utterly incompetent.
My ID is 10880772. I got broadband internet connection on June 3rd 2014 and it worked for couple of hours and it got disconnected. I tried reaching customer care, but no response from their end. I have no internet in my home even after installation from June 03 to till date June 12th 2014. Please look into this on priority.
I have Applied a broadband net connection last October 13th @ paid subscription fees for six months and yet nobody has turned up for installation so i cant wait for your connection. please return amount back
