I have made new connection to ACTTV and paid the Cheque to one the representative (Murthy) on April 19th and he told me that connected will be get it done with in four to five day. On April 23rd ACTTV person came and fixed the box in my house and told connection will be get activated by one or two day, but no one turned back and i have to give a call to customer care and everyday customer care person assured me that by next end of the day it will get activated, but till today nothing has been happen. I have made the request for new connection on 28th of January and it is almost 30 days and Still i am waiting for it. Daily i am calling the customer care and wasting my time and money. And they are making different type of excuses. It is worst service I ever seen.
As per initial connection given agreement speed will be two Mbps, till it cross the limit usage of 20 G, after speed will be 256 KBPS. But i am getting only 256 KBPS till 20 G usage after below 20 KBPS. By this i am not able to do my office, getting delay in work and today morning i had given complaint for same, there is no any update on it. Please can you check and address it as soon as possible. I got the Act broadband (20 mbps) disconnecting my existing BSNL(8mbps). While applying for Act broad band, they promised any issue will be rectified in two hours or a max of four hours. My ACT internet went off after three weeks on 5th of November and still no connection restored (7th of November at 7.45 pm). Even after making 20 to 25 calls to customer care. The customer service responses (including from Manager Chetan) is very worst and have seen now where with BSNL or Airtel. I had applied for BSNL again and they had promised to deliver it on 8th of November in morning. Let see how Act resolves it and based on it. i will take further decision to keep which one. But truly, there is no professionalism or dedication with Act.
I am already having set up box and my address is changed. But they are asking me for the installation charges, which i do not need. Already every thing is set over here. Why are they asking me for the installation charge? They should ask only the monthly rental. Right?

I am an Airtel 4g subscriber and my number is 99450 42964. My bill dated 4th October was rupees 1122.48 which i paid by a cheque (number 804644) drawn on SBM JayaNagar 9th block. I dropped the cheque in the drop box at Airtel office on Bhannerghatta road. The cheque was realized on 14th October and the amount was debited to my SB account with SBM. Yet i keep getting messages both SMS and email that the bill is still due for payment. The last date being 22nd October. I now regret opting for an Airtel connection, doubly so for i knew your organization was utterly incompetent.
My ID is 10880772. I got broadband internet connection on June 3rd 2014 and it worked for couple of hours and it got disconnected. I tried reaching customer care, but no response from their end. I have no internet in my home even after installation from June 03 to till date June 12th 2014. Please look into this on priority.

The on field service of ACT broadband is just too hopeless... The noc/ customer support team give false commitments each time we call them...
my number is 9663900110 tagged to my id.. I had requested for shift of my connection to place hardly half a km away from my existing place... the field engineer collect all required documents almost ten days back upon feasibility confirmation for the new place...
my previous connection was hathway and must tell those guys were 100 times better than act in terms of service and commitment...
each time I call these act guys they tell tomorrow it will be done... god knows when tomorrow is gona happen...
After gone through below feedback and compliant I came to know ACT sevice is worst.I thoght to take act broadband connection.but now changed my thoght.
need a new connection got a call from a person saying he will come and take all details and start the process. Never turns up and on calling he says he will not be able to come and tells me to choose some other provider. Sick of ACT

I have been clearly told by Marketing executive Mr Ramachandra that my connection is a post-paid and I have confirmed it more than thrice. I have the document which says its a post-paid connection.
Now, all of a sudden within ten days i get to know that ACT has changed my post paid plan to pre-paid and i am asked to pay advance rental for next month.
My question here is who has authorised ACT BB to change my plan from POST PAID to PRE-PAID....even IF IT WAS DONE I WAS NEVER INFORMED ABOUT THE SAME

I requested for 999 ACT broadband connection and paid Rupees1622. The connection was provided after the feasibility check and after a day the connection was cancelled due to non-feasibility, but the service charge of 600 was charged even though the company itself agreed that there is no feasibility in our area.
Have paid the complete amount(rS 1622) for one month and the agent srinath 9538883427 promised that the connectioin will be installed and working from yesterday 31/7 night eight pm, but when i called he said that it will be done within 1pm 1/8/13, but till now i have been trying to call him, but of no use.

Very bad service. No proper gaidlines by sales team. Its just like Indian goverment office work by backhend team. They will not replay to your email after seven days if you not call there coustember care for 4to five times. Then also there is no garantee that your problem will be solved.

There will be lot of download 50GB is not sufficient and even speed is very less after 50GB FTP.
