I held on your line for more than 20 min? And still had no one to assist me. Got through to the main customer care, and the person who answered cldnt wait to put me through to prepaid customer care. This is pathetic! I am trying to load prepaid electricity, and I forever get *not available this time error msg* does this service even work? Tried ATM countless times, and cellphone banking with no luck? Y put an option if its not operational? Can smbdy call me? 084 920 8021

All three Signatories of Nyangiwe Club, account number:9194752409, submitted their identity documents and proof of address at ABSA Frere Square in Vincent on the 14 May 2013.
To our surprise, we continuously receiving SMSs requesting us to resubmit the above mentioned documents.
I went ABSA FRERE SQUARE BRANCH and I was told to: 1. Resubmit again or
2. Wait for an unspecified time until FICA receive them.
The problem with this that we are going to be asked these documents before we get the money that we need and it is not easy to get them at once because one signatory is working in Cape Town.
Could you please assist us quickly in resolving the matter more especially in processing the documents that we submitted.

Your ABSA Hatfield Branch.
I was standing in line for the business teller for more than an hour.and when it was my turn to go in the lady closed the door and said she is now on lunch.there were six people after me whom was there before 11:00 waiting in line.It's the 5th time i was in that exact same line waiting for the business teller and I had to wait longer than half an hour,she first chats with each customer before helping them,she takes at least 20 minuets to help each customer and that is unacceptable.
Hatfield has a lot of business that bank there money your Hatfield branch so why is there only one business teller.

I called to ask for the bank to retrieve my pin number. I have tried to withdraw, but the ATM says that my pin is wrong. but then i couldn't get help from customer service.
