I was standing in line for the business teller for more than an hour.and when it was my turn to go in the lady closed the door and said she is now on lunch.there were six people after me whom was there before 11:00 waiting in line.It's the 5th time i was in that exact same line waiting for the business teller and I had to wait longer than half an hour,she first chats with each customer before helping them,she takes at least 20 minuets to help each customer and that is unacceptable.
Hatfield has a lot of business that bank there money your Hatfield branch so why is there only one business teller.

I went ABSA FRERE SQUARE BRANCH and I was told to: 1. Resubmit again or
2. Wait for an unspecified time until FICA receive them.
The problem with this that we are going to be asked these documents before we get the money that we need and it is not easy to get them at once because one signatory is working in Cape Town.
